Mr. Tanner is about 28 years of age, 5 feet 7 or eight inches high, swarthy complexion, has fair hair, black eyes and is bald-headed. In his conversation he has a little of the Dutch accent. Any person who would convey any information to his wife, in relation to him, would be performing an act of humanity, which would not cease to be remembered. She resides in the vicinity of Rutherfordton, NC. Sarah TANNER. Editors will confer a favor by giving the above a few insertions, particular those in Georgia, South Carolina and Alabama."
