!OBITUARY:
Mrs. Adrienne Lynne Herring Lilley, age 52, of 125 Elm St, Pantego passed away on February 25, 2018 at the Duke Medical Center of Durham.
She is survived by the love of her life, Ronald Lilley of the home. They were married on June 28, 1997.
She was blessed with 3 children and 1 step child. They are Jackie Rena Lilley of Bath, Dina Marie Nobles of Arizona, David Wayne Lilley and Barbara Jean Lilley of the home.
She was born to Adrian Lyle Herring, Jr. of Belhaven (deceased 2010) and Barbara Inez Garrett Herring of Bath on June 21, 1965.
Her grandparents were Ira S. Garrett, Sr., Sarah W. Garrett, Adrian L. Herring, Sr., and Helen T. Herring who are all deceased.
Surviving aunts and uncles are Rivie E. Garrett of Lubbock, Texas, June G. Roberson of Washington, Carolyne G. Everett of Franklin, NC, Ira S. Garrett, Jr., of Washington.
Deceased aunts and uncles are Sandra G. Everett and Charles B. Garrett.
She is also survived by cousins who are too numerous to list.

She attended Pantego Schools for 11 years and then graduated from John A. Wilkinson High School in 1983.
She was a stay-at-home parent where she took care of her children and their home.
She loved to read, take care of animals and the sick and elderly of the community.
One of her passions was music of all genres and she was a member of the Backstreet Band that entertained people for many years.
She loved to mow her grass and take care of the yard which she did right up until her last hospitalization.
She loved to entertain friends and family at the home with their famous barbeque pig and chicken and all the fixings.
Her home, family and friends were the center of her life and anyone was welcome to come enjoy Karaoke and playing pool at least once a week for many years
There will be a graveside service at Latham Cemetery in Pantego on Sunday, March 4th at 2:00 pm
Family will be receiving visitors at the family home and at her mother’s home at Pungo Creek
