!NOTES:Joseph is a proven child of Osborne Lane as named in Osborne's 1840 estate records. Sellers did not mention him. He was probably forgotten since he left Marion pretty early, in fact, before Mr. Sellers was born.
An 1843 deed in Marion proves that Joseph Lane of Simpson Co., MS is same person as Osborne's son.;
