!NOTES:Lila's D/C gives her father's name as Eliga Phipps. There is an Elijah Phipps (c1800), wife Nancy (c1810 NC) in Horry in 1850, 1860, etc., but they have no daughter of her name or similiar with them.
- Isaac Phipps of 1850 is more likely for he did have a daughter named Delilah, though listed as 4 then (c1846) which is slightly too old, but otherwise a good match.;
