- Why was he listed as "Jr" here when there was no other James Wright in Surry at this time? My guess is because of James Wright in neighboring Wilkes who probably didn't live too far away;

Could be, but it is strange. I'm leaving it as just Elizabeth for now considering the two sources that give "Sarah" could be considered secondary and easily mistaken;
