Of the above I'm concerned about the 1820 and 1821 marriages. Due to the "Jr" on the 1820 marriage record we can be certain that it wasn't the older John Atkinson (1760/70) who married Martha Roberts, but a younger one;

(2) one age 47 (ca 1802/03) wife Martha age 45 (ca 1804/05), children born ca 1828 and later. Betsy Sillvant, 60 (ca 1789/90) living with them. This would be primary choice, but is this Martha Roberts (m 1820) or Martha Watson (m 1821)?;
