!NOTES:A Mary Yelton married William Hutchins in Rutherford on 15 Dec 1840, and they were in Yancey after that near John Yelton, and had a John age 15 with them in 1850 who could be John Yelton (though listed as Hutchins). I think this is Mary's 2nd family, but haven't been able to find any records to confirm it. Also in Yancey in 1860, Mitchell in 1870.;
