It's notable that William Hensley was associated with a Randal/Randolph Gordon (1781-1853).
Randolph Gorden was two houses from William Hensley in 1810.
Randolph's wife Rachel was a Baber, married in Clark Co., KY in 1803.
Was Gordon Hensley named for this man? If so, why? Were they in-laws, i.e. William's wife was a Gordon or a Baber?;
