Marriage Notes
!NOTES:Florence was married 3 times according to the 1910 census. I found a 1903 marriage record for a Belle Owens and Thomas F. Clark, both of Sumner, Chariton Co., MO. It is a reasonable assumption that Belle Owens is Florence Mabel Westcott Smith ("Belle" coming from "Mabel"?), and that she must have married a Mr. Owens betwen 1900 and 1903 and was widowed by 1903.;
