!NOTES:A month after his wife Vonna died, James went to her son Max Phillips house and pulled a gun and threatened to kill him. Max pulled his own gun and shot and killed James in self defense. I was told that James was suicidal and that was his way of killing himself. Don't know if that was true or not, but several told me that.;
