!NOTE:Don't know who her Mr. Early was. Found a Robert Early in Washington County records, he went to Whitley Co., KY leaving a widow Elizabeth, seems like a match, lived near the Pemberton and Hammond family there, so it all fits. However, there was also a Joseph Early (1760/70) there too, and his wife was Elizabeth (c1783 VA), so which was Elizabeth Pemberton? Can't be sure;

Benjamin HAMMOND, Lazarus STEWART and Priestly HUNT (who married Sally
PEMBERTON) were to provide for the widow Nancy and at her death Hammond's
children were to get one-third of the plantation and Stewart and Hunt were
to have the other two thirds;
