!NOTES:There is a Laura Cody, divorced, on the 1900 and 1910 census in Madison. She died in Wayne Co., NC in 1930, her son James Carter Cody died Lenoir Co., NC 1944. Both buried Daly's Chapel. Might be same Laura, not certain. Her D/C gives no father, but mother listed as Cindy which fits.;
