Mr. Rembert Carlyle Campbell, 80, died Saturday, Nov. 5, 2005, after
an illness. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. today at
Richardson Funeral Home.

Mr. Campbell served 30 years in the U.S. Navy. He saw action in World
War II, Korea and Vietnam. Mr. Campbell was a 32nd degree Mason, a life
member of the American Legion and VFW, as well as a member of the Moose
Lodge.

He leaves behind two daughters, Kathryn Ann Clerico and Virginia Combs,
both of Florida; two stepdaughters, Margaret Ann Campbell of Mullins
and Jeannie Marie Jackson of Virginia; two brothers, Coy Lee Campbell
and Earl Campbell, both of Penderboro community in Marion; a sister,
Ara Koching of Pennsylvania; and 14 grandchildren.
