C. Earl Koechig Jr., 85 Of Gradyville, PA C. Earl Koechig Jr., 85, died Monday, December 24, 2012 at home surrounded by his loving family.
Earl was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in the Korean War from 1950 to 1952.
Mr. Koechig was a graphic artist with Dee Paper until his retirement in 1989. Earl was a former member of the Collingdale Baptist Church and a member of the Stoneybank Community Church. He enjoyed gardening, yard work and most of all, spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. He was the son of the late Claude E. and Cora Leslie (Robinson) Koechig Sr.; grandfather of the late Trebreh Williamson.
Survivors: Wife of 61 years Ara Belle Campbell Koechig; 3 sons Claude E. III (Sandra), Terry L. (Jill) and Robert W. (Patricia) Koechig; daughter Kimberly Kerezsi (George); sister Jane Rickards; 13 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild; Also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews Memorial Service Friday at 1 PM at Goshen Baptist Church, 1451 W. Chester Pike, West Chester, PA 19382 In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Stoneybank Community Church, P.O. Box 3, Glen Mills, PA 19342 or Davita Dialysis Center, 100 Granite Dr., Media, PA 19063.
