!NOTES:I don't know for certain that Eliza Lane Roberts and John Lane are siblings, but they were both from Wayne Co., NC and moved to Horry Co., SC in the 1850's. John's son was living with Eliza's nephew Barnabas Edwards in 1870 Marion Co., SC, so that suggests a close connection.;


!NOTES:This person very well could be Bryan(t) Lane (c1802) of Wayne and Duplin Counties, NC. 1830-Duplin, 1840-Wayne, 1850-Wayne, 1860 x.

I suspect this because Bryant did have an unknown son John B. Lane's age (1825) and an unknown daughter (1825/30) who could be Eliza (c1824), and Bryant's son David was next to John in 1870 Horry Co., SC.;
