" ...I give to my beloved wife, Frances Delaney, that tract of land whereon I now live as far as a dividing line between me and my son, John Delaney (description of the land)...the above land to my son, John Delaney, after the decease of my wife...my daughter, Milly Eddins, one negro girl...to my son in law, John Offil, five shillings...my children Sarah Graves, Marah Eddins, Joseph Delany, Elizabeth Pemberton, John Delaney, Frances Furniss, Jane Miller, Margaret Trimble, William Delaney, Eliza Roads and Diannah Offil (deceased) to be equally divided among them...unto my two grandsons and sons of Diannah Offil, deceased, namely Lewis Offil Delandy, and John Offil, to be divided between them...appoint my son, John Delaney, and Thomas Graves Senr., executors...this 28th day of April 1800...
