Pingington the plantation where I now live, 230 acres, beg. at mouth of Pasture
Branch… to mouth of Wyche’s Swamp Branch, the mother of said lessee to have for
her widowhood, on land and plantation. To son John Pingington 230 acres beg. at
mouth of Ingen Branch… to Wyche’s Branch… to Hunting Quarter Swamp… to Hogpen Branch. To son Edmond Pingington all the remaining land between
Edwards and John 230 acres. To wife a negro, and the remainder of the estate to wife
