Marty and Karla Grant

Anthony L. Stewart, 62, of the Milltown Community in Robbinsville, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 31, 2007.
A native of Graham County, he was the son of the late Tillman and Lenora Cook Stewart.
He is survived by his wife of 40 years, Janice Hyde Stewart; daughters and sons-in-law, Sandra and Robert Anderson, Tracy and Sheppard Hartness, Tara and Jared Wiggins, and Leah and Mark Odom, all of Robbinsville; sons and daughters-in-law, Ryan and Susie Stewart of Robbinsville, and Eric Stewart of Marion; brothers, Lester Stewart, Buster Stewart, and Rev. Daniel Stewart, all of Robbinsville; sisters, Nettie Long of Robbinsville, and Helen Phillips of Dallas; and 11 grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Sunday, Nov. 4 at Cedar Cliff Baptist Church. The Revs. Daniel Stewart and Mickey Stewart officiated. Burial was in the Carver Cemetery.
Townson-Smith Funeral Home was in charge of the arrangements.
