1 - David Stroud has two daughters this age, neither identified.

1820 census. She would be about 14, so in the 10-15 age group.
1 - Eccles Stroud has one this age.
2 - David Stroud has a daughter this age.

Based only on the above I'd have to conclude that Joyce is a daughter of David Stroud or Eccles Stroud. Of course census analysis isn't an exact science.;
