I (Marty Grant) am not related to Wiley Madison Hinesley as far as I know.

I'm not sure if this families surname is "Hinesley" or just "Hinsley". If "Hinsley", then they may be connected with some of the Hensleys in Georgia. (See Hensley Spellings for more on this subject)

Wiley Madison Hinsley was born ca 1826/27 (per 1850 census) in Georgia (per 1850 census). I don't know what county, but possibly Clarke County where he was living in 1850.

I don't know who Wiley's parents are. He is probably closely related to Erwin Hinsley (c1813) who was also in Clarke County. Perhaps they are brothers. There was a John Hensley (c1780/90) in Clarke County early on, and he could very easily be Wiley's father. (If John is his father, then that would make his mother Mary Huff).

Wiley Hinsley would have been about 3 years old by the time of the 1830 census, so if listed he should be in the "under 5" age group (born ca 1825/30). John Hensley (c1780/90) was in Clarke County, Georgia that year, and he did have one apparent son that age. He was the only Hensley in Clarke County in 1830, so that makes him a prime suspect.

For the 1840 census, Wiley would have been about 13 years old, so he should be enumerated in the age 10-14 category (born ca 1825/30). The only Hensley / Hinsley in Clarke Co, GA in 1840 though was Erwin Hinsley (c1813) and he had no "extra" people with him. 

Wiley M. Hinsley was listed on the 1850 census in Clarke County, Georgia in Watkinsville District, living by himself.

"Wiley Madison Hinsley" married Sarah M. Owens on 29 Jan 1851 in Clarke Co, GA. I have no other data on Sarah. (Thanks to Laura Schreibman for this marriage record).

I didn't find them in 1860 or later.

I don't know of any children for Wiley and Sarah.
