My most recent Jenkins ancestor is Sarah Jenkins (c1831-aft 1863) who married Joseph Watson 1851 in Onslow Co., NC. Sarah is a daughter of Osborn Jenkins (c1803-1856) and Ann (---) who married ca 1824 in Onslow Co., NC.
Osborn Jenkins's parents are unknown, but he is undoubtedly tied in with the very large Jenkins family that had been in Onslow since the 1730's.
