Christian Information Pages

Welcome to my Christian web pages! I hope you find something of interest here. My primary goal is to share the gospel of Jesus Christ (the only way to salvation), and also provide information on various important doctrines that every believer should be aware of. I am not a preacher, but all Christians are called to be witnesses of their faith. My genealogy web pages are visited by thousands each month so it is my duty (and privilege) to be able to give testimony to as many of those visitors as possible. I hope you find these pages of interest.

If you are already a Christian then perhaps you will find some interesting topics here. Perhaps we will disagree on certain doctrines or perhaps not. There are many "splits" among believers over minor doctrines. We shouldn't let those separate us. However, there are also some splits over major doctrines, and those are a definite problem. There are many today who call themselves Christian yet know nothing of Christ or the scriptures.

If you are not a Christian, or are just curious as to what a Christian believes then please look around these pages. Let me know if you have any questions. If you have any negative feelings because of some "Christians" you have dealt with in the past let me quote a scripture showing what attributes all true Christians should exhibit. If your experience with a Christian was different, then believe me, they were probably not true Christians. A true believer shows several fruits (or attributes) of the Spirit: "The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self-control" Galatians 5:22-23. All true believers should have these attributes (though no one is perfect, not even a Christian). Anyone who preaches or practices hate is not a Christian. (And for the record, "hate" does not mean speaking out against sin, for that is not hate, though it can sometimes lead to hateful actions. The motto of "Hate the sin, love the sinner" is very applicable).  I would recommend that after you read the contents herein, you decide wholeheartedly to either accept Jesus Christ as your savior, or to reject him outright, as you can't really sit on the fence for very long. You should choose before it is too late.

Please feel free to send me your comments or questions (my contact information is on the left side of the screen). I get a great deal of e-mail, so I may be slow to answer, but feel free to write. If you are planning to write a nasty email to me feel free. It is your right to be obnoxious, but don't expect an answer. People can disagree about things and still be civil to each other.

May God bless you, and I pray that you find your salvation in the Lord Jesus Christ.
