MARION COUNTY, SC
Elizabeth B. Turner, 84, died Saturday, October 9, 2010 at McLeod Hospice House . Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 am Tuesday, October 12 at Shiloh United Methodist Church, burial will follow at the Church Cemetery. The family will receive friends Monday, October 11 from 6:00-8:00 pm at Richardson Funeral Home. Mrs. Turner was born in Marion, a daughter of the late George Henry Byrd and Lucy Boatwright Byrd. She is also predeceased by her husband, McRoy Turner, sons, Mitchell Turner and Roy E. Turner, brothers Buddy Byrd and Marvin Byrd, sister, Louise B. Sullivan. Mrs. Turner was a homemaker and member of Shiloh United Methodist Church. Surviving are her sons, Buck Turner and his wife Anne of Marion, Danny Ray Turner and his wife, Brynda of Marion, Grady Turner and his wife, Dale, of Marion; daughter, Judy T. Hall of Marion; brother, David Byrd ; sister, Margaret T Ammons; 14 grandchildren, 20 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild, and special great-granddaughter, Winter G. Turner of Marion.
