!NOTES:Eveline Baker was born ca 1815/16 (per 1850 census) in Ashe County, NC. She was apparently home with her parents in 1820, aged "under 10" (born ca 1810/20), and home in 1830, age 10-14 (born ca 1815/20), but gone by 1840.

She married William B. Smith by ca 1835 in Ashe County (no marriage record found). He was born ca 1809/10 (per 1850 census).

I have not looked for them in 1840 yet, but in 1850 they were in Ashe County. ** I don't have this entry typed up yet.

Eveline was named in her father's Will of 1855 as "Eveline Smith" and her husband William was named as Executor.
