- !NOTES:There were two men named John G. Jordan in Horry at the same time. Both married to "Sarah"!
One was married to Sarah Morris per the D/C of one of their children (Lydia)* (see 1850 census entries).
. John G. Jordan was named in the estate records of Allen Johnson ca 1845 as an heir and was also guardian to one of the minor heirs. His wife was not listed by name in those records. His wife as of 1850 census was "Sarah" so I'm assuming she was Sarah Johnson.
