John ROBERTS, late of this county, died intestate, leaving Henry ROBERTS, Charity, wife of Spires HAM, Isaac ROBERTS, Anne ROBERTS, Patience, wife of Stephen GRANT, Owen ROBERTS, Bright ROBERTS, and your orator Mary, since intermarried with your Orator Burwell BOYETT. Since John ROBERTS died intestate, seized of lands in Wayne and Lenoir Counties we apply for partition. Lands allotted by John ROBERTS to Henry ROBERTS and Charity HAMM by fee. So divided whats left into 6 shares between Isaac ROBERTS, Anne, wife of Jesse HARPER, Patience GRANT, Owen ROBERTS, Bright ROBERTS and Mary BOYETTE. Anne has died leaving Isabella HARPER, Kinyon HARPER and James HARPER, infants. Stephen and Patience GRANT have sold their shares.
