!NOTES:Mother might be Elizabeth --- who was an apparent widow on the 1830 census. I don't know for certain if she was Samuel Sr.'s wife, nor if she is Samuel-1805's mother, but someone her age was with Samuel Jr in 1840.;

That the affiant obtained the knowledge of said death by having been present at the time of the sickness and death of the said Jane PATTERSON and waited on her during her sickness until her said death.";
