Mr. Campbell was born in Mullins, a son of the late Alva Gabriel Campbell and Gertrude Turner Campbell. He is preceded in death by his sister, Patricia Skipper and his brother-in-law, Alan Grant. Billy was retired from Blumenthal Mills where he was a supervisor. Surviving is his daughter, Amber Campbell Thurman and her husband, Chris, of Marion, granddaughter, Rylee Thurman; brother, Freddy Campbell and his wife, Lisa Tindall Campbell of Marion; sisters, Alice Faye Grant of Marion, and Lilian “Marie” McIntyre and her husband, Alexander “Al” McIntyre of Marion.
