Had been banished from Scotland for his support of Prince Edward (Charles Edward STEWART) ("Bonnie Prince Charlie") in Battle of Culloden. Christian name uncertain, believed to have been William but might have been James. Was born and reared in the Higlands of Scotland. (per Jan 31, 1937 Report to Mr. Alva M.
