(1) What proof is there that Elizabeth "Betsy" is a Cribb? It says so on her tombstone, but that appears to be a rather new stone and not an original. It doesn't even have her death date on it.
(2) If she is a Cribb, she is a really good match with Elizabeth J. Cribb, daughter of John & Lydia. That's how I have her listed, though I'm not 100% confident in it.
