FORK - Mrs. Edith Turner Small, 84, widow of Jimmy Proctor Small, died Thursday, July 22, 2010 at Marion Regional Hospital after an illness. Mrs. Small was born May 24, 1926 in Horry County, a daughter of the late Keever and Grether Turner. She was a homemaker and a member of Mullins Church of God. Surviving Mrs. Small are: 2 Sons: Wayne (Paulette) Small of Floydale and Michael Small of Florida; her Grandchildren: Terry (Tammy) Small, Shelia (Terry) Kellahan, Richard (Jessica) Small, Bryan (Monica) Berry, Donna (Jamie) George, Dawn Small, Donald W. Small, Jr., Heather Clemson and Daniel Clemson; 9 Great Grandchildren; 3 Great Great Grandchildren; a Sister: Lois (W.J.) Small of Mullins, a special friend: Doris Skipper; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Small was prede-ceased by 3 Sons, James Thomas Small, Donald Wade Small, Sr. and Clifton Howard Small and a daughter, Pamela June Clemson. Visitation will be held Sunday afternoon, July 25, from 3:00 until 4:00 P.M. at the Mullins Church of God. Funeral services will follow at 4:00 P.M. in the Mullins Church of God sanctuary, with the Rev. C.B. Turner officiating. Burial will follow in Cedar Creek Cemetery, directed by Cox-Collins Funeral Home of Mullins.
