- !NOTES:Based on series of 1832 deeds, it is possible that Elisha Manning is a son-in-law of Richard Edwards. Elisha was in Copiah Co., MS by 1850 wife named Rebecca age 41 (c1808/09). Had sons Richard, David, etc.
It is also possible that Absalom Turbeville's wife Lucretia/Creasy/Theresa is a daughter of Richard Edwards. See 1838 deed from Turbeville to Richard Edwards (Jr), though nothing is said specifically about relationship.
Samuel Smith Jr also deeded by Richard ca 1832, might also be a son-in-law;
