- !NOTES:Christian Miller Jr was associated with Christian Miller Sr., but I don't know how he is related, he could be a grandson or a nephew. For now I'm listing him as a grandson just to keep him tied to Christian Sr. Christian's only proven son was Jacob, so Christian Jr. could be Jacob's son.;
