- !NOTES:A proven half brother to Nancy Smith Heaton Morley per 1843 Lawsuit among her heirs. He gave his age as 67 and said she was his half-sister. He also stated that Nancy's mother, widow Catherine Smith, lived with him for about two years. This all makes sense if Catherine was also his mother.
