Archibald GRAHAM Sr of Lincoln Co, NC and William GRAHAM of Rutherford Co, NC in sole trust and for the sole benifit of Sarah GRAHAM, daughter of William GRAHAM and Susanna his wife. In consideration for natural love and affection that he bear to the said Sarah GRAHAM his gr-dtr, for her better maintenance hath given, granted and confirmed unto said William GRAHAM in trust one tract of land lying on the South side of First Broad River, containing 300a. Originally granted to Robert ARMSTRONG dated 30 Oct 1765. Another tract on the west side of Little Broad River containing 400a, originally granted to John BEATY 30 Oct ----.
