Hensley, George
P's & Q's April 21, 1848 Tilman Blalock swears that he was captain of
Co. D North Carolina Foot Volunteers and that George Hensley was a
private in that company during the war with Mexico. That he was
mustered in on 15 Feb 1847 and died in Mexico on the 8 day of June 1847.
Hensley, George
P's & Q's Oct. 20, 1848 It appears to the Court that George Hensley has
died leaving no last will and testament. Court appoints J. M McElroy
administrator.
Hensley, Jeremiah
P's & Q's Oct 1850 Court finds that Jeremiah Hensley is the only minor
heir of George Hensley. His mother is Sophrona Hensley.
