!OBIT:Mary Allene Campbell(August 30, 1910 - May 3, 2003)DILLONServices for Mary Allene Campbell will be held 3:00 p.m. Monday in Pee DeePresbyterian Church with burial in the church cemetery directed by CooperFuneral Home. Visitation will be held 6-8 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.Miss Campbell, 92, died Saturday, May 3, 2003 in the Marion County MedicalCenter. She was the oldest U.S. Army Veteran of World War II in DillonCounty, was a member of Pee Dee Presbyterian Church where she was an Elder,member of the American Legion and she was a retired Farmer.Survivors include her brother, Albert Aford Campbell and wife, Sarah ofDillon; niece, Lynne C. Nettles of Dillon; nephews, Larry Campbell ofFlorence, Preston Campbell of Columbia, and Alex Campbell of Gaithersburg,MD; sister-in-law, Cordelia Campbell of Florence; great nieces and nephews;great-great-nieces and nephews.Miss Campbell was preceded in death by her brother, James L.
